Lumos ABA is a trusted provider of customized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and other developmental differences. Our dedicated and compassionate team strives to create meaningful, positive change for the children and families we serve. We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and help make a lasting impact.

As an RBT at Lumos ABA, you will play a vital role in implementing evidence-based treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Through in-home therapy sessions, you will work directly with children, helping them develop new skills while addressing challenging behaviors in a supportive and engaging environment.

Direct Support:  

Carry out ABA therapy programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA to promote skill development and behavioral growth.

Data Tracking:

Precisely document the child’s progress and behaviors during each therapy session to support data-driven treatment adjustments.

Family Collaboration:

Partner with family members to reinforce therapeutic strategies, ensuring consistency across different environments.

Ethical Practice:

 Maintain professionalism and follow the ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Dependable transportation for travel to in-home therapy sessions.
