We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and families to evaluate needs, design personalized ABA treatment plans, and oversee their implementation.

Lumos ABA is a trusted provider of customized, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism and other developmental differences. Our dedicated and compassionate team strives to create meaningful, positive change for the children and families we serve.
As a BCBA at Lumos ABA, you will play a key role in assessing, developing, and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental needs. This position involves conducting in-home visits, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and therapists to ensure effective interventions and meaningful progress. Assessment:
Perform thorough assessments to identify behavioral issues and areas for skill development.
Treatment Planning:
Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
Supervision:
Provide guidance and oversight to Behavior Technicians/RBTs in executing treatment plans effectively.
Monitoring:
Continuously update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and data analysis.
Training:
Train parents and Behavior Technicians/RBTs on effective ABA strategies and techniques.
Reporting:
Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment reviews and progress reports.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices.
• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous professional development.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits and community-based interventions.
• Proficient in completing documentation and progress reports.
